The responsibility of our Kitchen Manager is to oversee all activities and organization related to the operation of the store during the shift. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: working hands on within the restaurant, coaching team members, and effectively managing the back of house team. Our back of house team members work together in a fast paced and high energy environment to provide fresh, delicious food to our guests. Our kitchen staff produces the highest quality food with precision and accuracy. They are also continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
